So, I'm exhausted so allow me to sum.
Some of the juices sucked. Some of them were awesome. I didn't even need all of them. We made tomorrow's juices in 2/3 the time that it took yesterday. My nails are long. I was tired all day but that's probably because I only got 5.5 hours of sleep. Tomorrow, I'll try and post some hard numbers for yall; my last recorded weight, blood pressure and calorie count. Let the progress tracking begin!
So much more efficient this time around juicing for sure. I'm more excited about tomorrows juice plan as the juices seem to taste better. I agree with fudging with the recipes a bit to make them taste better.
