Day one and I'm doing well so far! Here's the game plan:
9:30 AM: 2x Shakes (Check!)
12:00 PM: 2x Shakes
3:00 PM: 2x Shakes
6:00 PM: 2x Shakes
9:00 PM: 2x Shakes
And, I'll be chugging as much water as possible in between/during. Go go Gadget Dietplan!
